Our Bootcamp is a community! We support each other, we motivate and we aim to keep the community fit, active and healthy. Plus working out with others is more fun. Misery loves company, right?

Bootcamp-Fitness is designed for everybody. Whether you’re young or old, male or female, if you exercise regularly or are just getting back into it, Bootcamp-Fitness will deliver an effective workout to suit your needs.

Joe has now been working in the fitness industry for 13 years. He has graduated from Roehampton university and currently in a process of completing his UKSCA qualification to become an Accredited Strength & Conditioning coach. He teaches several class formats and works as a personal trainer in several locations around London. Joe's strength lie in his ability to deliver a highly effective group fitness session but whilst focusing on the individual needs of his participants. Expect his session to be effective, challenging and most of all fun. In 2012 Joe was nominated as a torch-bearer for the Olympic Games here in London.
