What should I Wear?
Layers. It might be chilly when we first start but we’ll warm up quickly! Classes are held rain or shine, so having a rain coat handy is a good idea. A cross-training or running shoe is also recommended.
What Do I need to Bring WITH me?
A towel, water, gloves, rain jacket (weather dependent!), and most importantly - a friendly, positive attitude!
Am I fit enough for the classes?
Our goal is to deliver workouts that suit a wide range of fitness levels. Many of the exercises will have both a high and low intensity/impact option. If you’re new to exercise or recovering from an injury, or if you have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by participating in a fitness programme, please consult your doctor before starting. If you would like to talk to me personally about your fitness level, please email me.
Am I insured?
Yes, all staff who will be running the classes are a members of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). You will have to fill out a liability waiver form on your first day before you can participate.
