I have been attending Joe’s classes now for around four years now and just can’t stay away! Joe is somehow able to make hard core workouts fun and teaches every session with unrivalled enthusiasm. I have been to a variety of classes taught by Joe including an outdoor boot camp session, spin, circuits and core and he demonstrates an equally high quality in all of the classes. A well as being an extremely talented trainer, Joe is also an extremely hardworking, committed and friendly person to be around and makes getting up early on a Sunday morning surprisingly easy. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe and his classes to anyone.

I have never had so much fun working out as in Joe's fitness sessions which I have been attending for over 3 years, and no two classes have ever been the same! With a range of didactic games, exercises, drills and aerobic challenges it doesn't matter if you're a super athlete or complete beginner, the classes are adaptable to each and every level. I have joined Joe’s bootcamp in June this year, and been super happy with it ever since. Sessions are extremely equilibrated in terms of athletic development - exactly what I needed, as a marathoner seeking a form of full body training beyond distance running. I was introduced to group fitness back in 2010 when I felt that I reached a plateau whilst training on my own. Joe’s core stability and abs classes were the first group sessions I ever attended, and since then I’ve never looked back and never stopped attending his various fitness classes! Joe’s classes have made me love the idea of social exercise and its driven me to new heights with my own fitness in terms of strength and endurance. His classes are a great combination of getting the exercise technique right and pushing your limits. As a trainer, he is extremely enthusiastic, dedicated, knowledgeable, and makes everybody feel welcome. Although his funny rules like ‘hands on hips’ may result in 20 burpees each time, we secretly love him for it, and of course, the amazing soreness the next morning! Waking up on a Sunday morning has never been easier! I highly recommend his boot camps.
